1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Mind of Pepe offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any service, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription services.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: Services that do not meet our quality standards
- Technical Problems: Technical issues that significantly impact your ability to access or use our services
- Scheduling Conflicts: Appointments that need to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances
- Service Unavailability: Services that are unavailable despite being scheduled and confirmed
- General Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with a service for any reason
3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:
- 48 hours of service delivery for quality issues or general dissatisfaction
- 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time for cancellations
- 7 days of purchase for unused services
For subscription services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the services you're dissatisfied with, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

- Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.
5.1 Full Refunds
Full refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Services not delivered or significantly delayed
- Technical issues that completely prevent access to services
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- First-time service purchases where the client is dissatisfied and reports within 48 hours
5.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Services partially delivered or with minor quality issues
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Subscription services canceled mid-billing cycle (prorated for unused portion)
5.3 No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- No-shows for scheduled appointments without prior notice
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Services that have been fully delivered and completed more than 48 hours ago
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
6. Special Considerations for Different Services
6.1 Psychological Support Sessions
For individual psychological support sessions:
- Free rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- After the session has started, refunds are not typically available
6.2 Coaching Services
For coaching services:
- Packages of multiple sessions can be refunded for unused sessions
- The first session of a coaching package is considered an assessment and is non-refundable once completed
- Cancellation policies for individual sessions are the same as for psychological support
6.3 Meditation Services
For meditation services and subscriptions:
- Digital meditation content is non-refundable once accessed
- Live meditation sessions follow the same cancellation policy as other appointment-based services
- Subscription services can be canceled at any time, with no further charges, but past payments are not refundable
6.4 Greek Retreats
For Greek retreat bookings:
- Full refund available if canceled more than 30 days before the retreat start date
- 50% refund if canceled 15-30 days before the retreat start date
- No refund if canceled less than 15 days before the retreat start date
- Transfer to another retreat date may be available at our discretion
7. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. Service credits:
- Can be used for any future services on our platform
- Are typically valid for 12 months from the issue date
- May be offered at a value higher than the monetary refund amount
- Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary situations, we may make exceptions to our standard refund policy. Such exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our management team.
Documentation may be required to support exception requests.
